It is the essential credential for health care staffing professionals, certifying their expertise to work with both employees and clients within the bounds of federal laws and regulations.

Developed by a team of attorneys, leading staffing firms serving the health care sector, and professional development specialists, the CHP credential is by far the most comprehensive and sector-specific credential available to industry professionals right now.

Emilyn is a Staffing Coordinator that has specialized in Client Care since April 2022. She assists in onboarding new employees as well as managing schedules at multiple facilities. • Emilyn’s favorite part about working for Ammon is the welcoming atmosphere. From her first day working here she has felt like she was home.
  • The best career lesson that Emilyn has learned in professional life is that stressing out and panicking doesn’t make the work go away. It is best to take your time and keep a level head and do it properly than to try to rush through it and do a haphazard job. “One of my former bosses caught me stressing one day when I had a lot on my plate, and his advice was ‘Stressing about it will not make the plate any smaller, it’ll just make it harder to eat.’”
  • She has one cat named Oliver.
  • Emilyn often keeps small candies at her desk and likes to walk around and drop little treats on people’s desks as a pick-me-up in the late afternoons.

How it works.

Contact Our Office.

Connect with a recruiter from our office to begin the process. The first person you connect with will ask some basic questions regarding your open positions to assess your openings and to make sure you are connected to the best department to fulfill your needs.

(

Company Setup and Discovery.

Our office will complete a discovery process with your company where we get additional information regarding your needs and requirements. We will use this information to put together our rates and to build a Staffing Agreement. We will also complete a credit check on your company based on the estimated payroll costs required for the positions you are hiring for.

Once this process is completed, you will be assigned a specific contact  with one of our many teams to best assist you in your hiring needs.

'

Candidate Presentations.

The next step involves communication between our office and your company. We will start presenting candidates based on the information we gained from the discovery process, and we receive feedback from your company on the candidates presented.

Our company has a very large database of candidates currently looking for work. If we are unable to find someone right away we will also use additional resources our office has available to find the best fit with your company. Our recruiting  teams use social media, job boards, employment groups and word of mouth from similar type employees recruit for your position.

(

Candidate Selection.

A decision is made when your company approves a candidate selected by our office. We will make sure all onboarding documentation and new-hire paperwork is completed. We will also answer any payroll/HR related questions that the candidate may have.

Our goal is to ensure your company has little to worry about regarding the onboarding and new hire process for the employee. We want your only concern to be daily direction and supervision of the employee while they are performing work on your premises.

'

Employee Placement

The employee is now placed on your job assignment. As the client, your responsibilities will include giving direction to the assigned employee and showing them their job duties. You will also be responsible for supervising the employee and approving their time at the end of the week.

Don’t worry. We will handle the rest! As your staffing agency, we will process the time that you approve and pay the employee based on our pay schedule with our employees. Your business will be billed for the time the employee worked weekly, at the pre-agreed bill rate. Included in our services to your company are paying the employee’s gross wages, process all employee and employer related payroll taxes, workers compensation insurance and payroll processing. We also handle end of year W2s and and field any payroll related questions the employee may have.

If for any reason the employee we assign does not work out – or needs counseling, as our client, all you have to do is contact our office and communicate your needs with a recruiter, and our office will handle the situation as needed.
