Established in 1984 and based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, AMMON Staffing was founded in the dining room of a local Baton Rouge home to provide staffing services to local light industrial and industrial businesses that had growing needs.

As client needs grew, so did AMMON. In the next 20 years, our company expanded to support the staffing needs for many Industrial, Light Industrial, and Administrative businesses throughout Louisiana. We grew from a 100 square foot living room to a 10,000 square foot office. We are now employing over 15 internal staff and over 1,000 active, placeable employees who help support our client’s demand for staffing personnel.

In 2022, AMMON celebrated its 38th anniversary. While we obviously are proud of this milestone, we do not consider longevity alone to be a competitive advantage. What is included in our billing?

AMMON will bill clients based on an agreed upon bill rate. Invoices will be processed weekly, based on hours, approved by our client, turned into our office the week after an assigned employee works.

The bill rate will include recruiting and on-boarding fees, the assigned employee’s wages, employer related payroll taxes, unemployment and workers’ compensation insurance, and costs associated with the transmittal of payroll taxes.
