Employee Portal Login Assistance

Our office utilizes the capabilities of UKG Ready’s Secure Human Resources and Payroll System. With this system, our employees have the ability to securely log in and view work schedules, view and print past payroll history and to update tax and payroll information. Below are some helpful instructions to get you started with our App!

Login information will be emailed to employees when they have completed our onboarding process. For any questions regarding login information, please reach out to our corporate office at 1-877-222-4559.

Download and Install the UKG Ready App

The first step is to download and install the UKG Ready App onto your mobile device. The UKG Ready App is easily accessible from the Apple iPhone store or the Google Play Store.

Setup the App for the first time

When you first open the UKG Ready app on your mobile device you will be asked to select a Region and to enter a Company Short Name. Be sure to select “North America” and enter the Company Short Name of “6182825”.

Region: North America

Company Short Name: 6182825

Login to the App

After you enter the correct Region and Company Short Name you will be directed to the Log In Page of the UKG Ready App.

You should have received a Username and Temporary Password from our office, and you will enter this information here.

Configure Virtual Code Settings

Once logged in for the first time you will be asked to configure your Virtual Code Settings.

These settings will be used to verify your identity and keep your account secure.

Create a new Password

You will next be asked to create a Password for your account. Enter the Temporary Password our office assigned you as the Old Password and enter a New Password

Setting up / Changing your Taxes

Click the Hamburger / Menu Button in the top left of your app.

When the menu opens, select My Pay > Forms > Withholding

 

In the next screen you can edit tax forms already entered into the system. If there are no forms currently visible, click Add New on the top right of the screen.

Employees will need to complete a Federal Tax Form and if required by your state, a State Tax Form.

Please note, if a tax form is not completed or completed incorrectly you will be designated Single and Zero for tax purposes.

 

In the next screen you can edit tax forms already entered into the system. If there are no forms currently visible, click Add New on the top right of the screen.

Employees will need to complete a Federal Tax Form and if required by your state, a State Tax Form.

Once the form is completed, please click Submit to process your tax forms.

Please note, if a tax form is not completed or completed incorrectly you will be designated Single and Zero for tax purposes.

 

Adding or Changing a Direct Deposit Account

To add or change your Direct Deposit information you will first need to select the Hamburger / Menu Button at the top left of your app.

Once the menu opens, you will need to navigate to My Pay > Direct Deposits

 

In the next screen you will be able to Add a Direct Deposit Account or Modify a Direct Deposit Account. To Add an account, click the + Add button in the top right of the screen.

In the next screen you will need to enter the Direct Deposit Account information.

Click Save to process your new Direct Deposit Information. It can take up to one week for the new account to be activated.

Please note, our office is not responsible for incorrect account information being entered – so please double check your Account Information!
