How do I apply?

Search current jobs on the AMMON jobs page, use the Apply Now link for a role that fits your skills and availability, register online, or email a resume to jobs@ammonstaffing.net. Candidates are encouraged to register online and wait for a staffing coordinator to call with next steps.

Can I submit a resume?

Yes. Job seekers may submit a resume to jobs@ammonstaffing.net, apply to an open role, or complete online registration through AMMON's application system.

How do I log in?

Use the Login button in the header to access the AMMON Zenople portal.

Will AMMON call me after I register?

A staffing coordinator may contact you if your skills, experience, availability, and screening requirements match a current opening. AMMON receives hundreds of applications and registrations each day, so the team may not be able to contact every candidate.

How do I follow up on my application?

If you have a question or want to follow up on your registration status, email jobs@ammonstaffing.net.

What kinds of jobs does AMMON fill?

AMMON fills healthcare, office, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, construction, legal, accounting, events, hospitality, and other commercial roles.

How do PRN Healthcare shifts work?

Healthcare PRN employees can choose which available shifts they want to accept. If a shift does not fit your schedule, you do not have to accept it.

What if I accept a PRN Healthcare shift?

Once you accept a healthcare PRN shift, AMMON asks that you work the shift you committed to or contact the team immediately if an emergency affects your availability. Missed commitments can put the client facility and AMMON team in a bind and may affect patient care.

What is the Job Line for?

The Job Line is only for candidates already registered with AMMON Staffing to report their availability for work. New candidates should register online first or email jobs@ammonstaffing.net with follow-up questions.

Does registering guarantee placement?

No. AMMON reviews candidates based on current openings, skills, experience, availability, screening requirements, and client needs.

What screening may be required?

Most AMMON positions require drug screening. AMMON also performs background checks, and different positions have different background requirements. If there is something on your record, disclose it when registering for an opening so AMMON can verify whether you qualify. If you do not qualify for one job, you may still qualify for another.

Does AMMON do skills testing?

Yes. AMMON uses skills evaluations when needed. Office and administrative positions require at least typing and data entry testing to assess computer skills. Candidates for office jobs must have prior computer experience and type at least 35 WPM.

What documents may AMMON ask me to provide?

If a staffing coordinator schedules an appointment or asks for documents, have acceptable documents to establish work eligibility for Form I-9, any certifications or licenses you have, and an up-to-date resume. I-9 examples include one List A document, such as a U.S. passport, or one List B document plus one List C document, such as a driver's license plus a Social Security card.

When are timesheets due?

Timesheets are due to AMMON by Monday before 12:00 noon for the previous week worked. If AMMON does not receive your timesheet on time, there is a good chance your pay may be delayed until the next payroll period.

Where can I find employee documents?

Employees can use the Employee Documents page for common forms, including the Louisiana L-4, federal W-4, I-9, and a blank AMMON timesheet.

How does payroll work?

AMMON pays every Friday for the previous week worked, as long as time was submitted correctly and on time. AMMON pays by direct deposit or paycard. Employees are responsible for entering and verifying their own bank account information.

What if I enter the wrong direct deposit information?

If you enter the wrong bank information, you may need to contact your bank. It can take up to 7 days for AMMON to receive a rejected deposit back from the account it was sent to.

What if I lose my paycard?

If you lose your paycard, email payroll@ammonstaffing.net for replacement paycard instructions. Funds from the missing card can be transferred to the replacement card instantly, but you will need to contact the paycard company to verify your information. AMMON cannot access your paycard account on your behalf.

What if I need accommodation?

Candidates requiring accommodation may contact (225) 293-1171 or jobs@ammonstaffing.net to schedule time with a coordinator.
