How do I apply for a job with AMMON?

Our office receives hundreds of resumes a day – and each resume is reviewed by a recruiter in our office.

How much does it cost to work through your agency?
Employees and Candidates pay no fee to work through our office. All fees are billed to our client businesses.
Who pays me while i'm on a Temporary, Temp-to-Hire or Contract job?
Employees placed on assignment through our office are paid by our office. You are an employee of the Staffing Agency until you are hired on full-time by the client business.
Employees will be paid by the staffing agency.

How does pricing work?
Our office will quote an hourly bill rate for each position we place through our office. Included in the bill rate are the Gross Wages, Employer Payroll Taxs, Workers Comp Costs and Administrative Costs.
Additional fees may be required if there are additional pre-screening requirments needed for the employees we place with your company.
Why should I use your services instead of filling the roles ourselves?
Our team of recruiters is constantly sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates. It’s what we do. This gives us a substantial edge in vetting employees who will be the right match for your company. We’ll do the recruiting while you focus on production, increasing your profits, and taking care of your customers.
