Pay Rate: $15.00/Hour to $18.00/Hour

Job Description: As an Entry Level Administrative Assistant placed by AMMON Staffing, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within our client’s offices. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism.
  • Managing email exchanges and document processing.
  • Performing filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
  • Assisting office staff and executives with project-related work.
  • Maintaining organization and cleanliness in the office environment.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in computer and office software.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor on the phone.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Adherence to a business casual dress code.
