- Assist producers in identifying and recommending coverage for new and existing customers.
- Address customer inquiries, analyze complaints, and provide effective solutions.
- Communicate policy changes or adjustments to clients.
- Prepare and submit applications to carriers for quotes on new and renewal business.
- Issue binders, certificates, endorsements, and other related items, ensuring accuracy.
- Assist clients in submitting first reports of claims and follow up on claims status.
- Previous experience in insurance customer service.
- Maintain Louisiana Property & Casualty Insurance license with ongoing education.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, and carriers.
- Ability to handle challenging clients effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
