Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented Timekeeper! As a Timekeeper, you will handle payroll administrative tasks and act as a liaison between employees and the corporate payroll team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer payroll-related questions.
  • Research and resolve pay and time-off issues.
  • Perform HR administrative tasks as needed.
  • Compile and post employee time and payroll data.
  • Calculate and post wages and deductions.
  • Prepare paychecks.
  • Assist others as needed.

Skills and Experience:

  • Basic math and PC skills.
  • Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team player with a willingness to take on new responsibilities.

Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • At least one (1) year of timekeeping experience.


  • Required: 5 years of relevant experience.
