Types of SMS Messages
AMMON may use SMS text messaging for operational and service-related communication, including:
- Job opportunities, application follow-up, interview reminders, and registration support.
- Credentialing, onboarding, assignment, schedule, shift, and availability communication.
- Client service updates, staffing request follow-up, and urgent operational communication.
- Office reminders, job line updates, timekeeping or payroll-related support, and account assistance.
Consent to Receive Messages
Consent for SMS communication may be obtained through online forms, job applications, registration forms, phone calls, in-person conversations, verbal agreements, email, or when you contact AMMON and provide your mobile number for staffing, recruiting, employment, assignment, or client service purposes.
Opt-Out and Help

Data Use and Sharing
SMS information is used to communicate with applicants, employees, associates, clients, and contacts about AMMON services and staffing operations. Mobile opt-in information, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication are not sold and are not shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
AMMON may use communication providers and business service providers to send, receive, store, or manage messages on our behalf. Those providers are used to support AMMON's communication operations and are not authorized by AMMON to use SMS consent data for their own marketing.
Prohibited SMS Use
AMMON does not use SMS messaging to promote unrelated third-party offers, lead-generation campaigns, high-risk financial products, gambling, controlled substances, adult content, deceptive content, or other prohibited message categories.
Record Keeping and Compliance
AMMON maintains records in applicant tracking, customer relationship, communication, and business systems to support staffing operations, consent management, opt-out requests, and applicable compliance requirements.
